1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3999v ("3999v", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 3999v website accessible at https://3999v.app and all associated services, products, software, content, and functionality available through the platform.

By accessing the 3999v website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 3999v platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

3999v reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version of these Terms and any translated summary or communication, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3999v with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 3999v platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use any part of the 3999v platform, including browsing game lobbies, making deposits, placing bets, and claiming bonuses. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 3999v operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly permit any individual under the age of 18 to hold an account or conduct any gaming activity on the platform.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 3999v platform is made available to adult residents of Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. 3999v makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate for use in any jurisdiction other than those in which it operates. 2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Bangladesh and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party or under any legal disability that would render this agreement unenforceable against you.

2.4 Professional Exclusions

Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 3999v and its affiliated partners and game providers are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the platform. This restriction applies regardless of the employment status or contract type of the individual concerned.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services offered by 3999v, including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses, you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a unique email address. All information submitted at registration must be truthful and accurate. 3999v is entitled to verify any information you provide and to suspend or close your account if any information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 3999v platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 3999v reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. You agree to notify 3999v support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

3999v operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit documentation to verify your identity, address, and payment method ownership at any point during your use of the platform. Verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable identity documents include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence. Acceptable proof of address documents include a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial services statement issued within the past three months.

3.5 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to ensure that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. 3999v will not be responsible for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or security incidents arising from outdated account information.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the 3999v platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 3999v does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion facility is provided through the platform. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on your account.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3999v currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. 3999v reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 across all mobile financial services (MFS) methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits via card and bank transfer are subject to the minimum thresholds displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. All deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 3999v does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification; accounts that have not completed KYC verification will have withdrawal requests held pending completion of the verification process. Standard withdrawal processing time via bKash and Nagad is approximately 30 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement

You confirm that all funds deposited into your 3999v account are your own, that you are the legitimate owner of the payment method used, and that the funds are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity. Deposits made using payment methods that do not belong to you will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Inactive Account Fees

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 3999v reserves the right to apply an administration fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts with a positive balance, following written notification to the registered email address. This fee will not reduce a balance below zero. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in.

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

3999v offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict between this section and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified 3999v account with a positive deposit history, unless a specific promotion is designated as available to unverified accounts. Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible markets, minimum odds, and expiry period for each bonus are stated in full on the relevant promotion page. As a general guide, casino bonus wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, and sportsbook free bet wagering requirements typically apply a 3x to 5x rollover on qualifying bets at minimum odds of 1.50. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated expiry period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Misuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements (including but not limited to low-risk covered betting and arbitrage across bonus and non-bonus funds); exploiting technical errors or display faults to claim bonuses that were not legitimately offered; and colluding with other players to split or transfer bonus funds. 3999v reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and close accounts found to have engaged in any form of bonus abuse.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Once the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full, bonus funds convert to real-money funds and become withdrawable subject to the standard withdrawal terms described in Section 4. Where a player requests a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited, and only the real-money portion of the balance will be released for withdrawal.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the 3999v sportsbook, live casino, slots, and any other gaming vertical available on the platform. Market-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and supplement the general rules set out here.

6.1 Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet is not accepted until you have received a written confirmation from the 3999v platform, either in the form of a bet slip reference number or an on-screen confirmation message. Where a bet appears to have been placed but no confirmation has been received, it is your responsibility to contact 3999v support to confirm the status of the wager before the relevant event commences. Verbal confirmations or screenshots of bet entry screens do not constitute evidence of a confirmed bet.

6.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds displayed on the 3999v sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation of a bet. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time based on match events. The odds at which your bet is confirmed are the odds recorded on your bet slip at the moment of confirmation, regardless of any subsequent changes. Where a market is suspended during the placement of a bet, the bet will not be accepted and your stake will be returned to your account balance.

6.3 Match Postponement and Abandonment

If a sporting event is postponed, suspended, or abandoned before the completion of the relevant market's settlement criteria, the following rules apply: bets will generally be voided and stakes returned if the event is not completed or rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time. Specific rules for cricket markets (including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method application for weather-affected matches) are set out in the Cricket Betting Rules section of the platform. In-play bets on markets that have already been fully resolved prior to a match abandonment will stand and be settled normally.

6.4 Casino Game Fairness

All casino games available on the 3999v platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win titles — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical cards and roulette wheels operated by trained live dealers in audited studio environments. The RNG software used by 3999v's game providers is independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published by the relevant game provider and are available within the game's information panel.

6.5 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or payment calculations — including software malfunctions, data feed errors, or human keying errors — 3999v reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. 3999v is not liable for any losses arising from a player's decision to continue wagering after becoming aware of a potential error. Players who exploit apparent errors to generate artificial winnings will have those winnings voided and may have their accounts suspended.

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the 3999v platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, fair, and respectful of other users and platform staff. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all registered players at all times.

7.1 General Obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times during registration, verification, and any subsequent communications with 3999v.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify 3999v immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Use the platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, business, or professional gambling activity.
• Comply with all responsible gaming tools and limits that you have voluntarily set on your account.
• Ensure that all funds deposited into your account are legally obtained and are your own property.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3999v platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged or altered verification documents.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting pricing differences across markets or between bonus and real-money funds.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting software to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in live poker, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage through coordinated play.
• Money Laundering: Using the 3999v platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds or facilitating any illegal financial activity.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or dispute with a payment provider after funds have been used for gaming on the platform.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to access, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the 3999v platform's technical systems, or interfering with the normal operation of the platform in any way.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

3999v reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to those described in this section.

8.1 Closure by 3999v

3999v may suspend or close an account immediately and without prior notice where: the player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms; the player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification; fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is detected on the account; the account poses an unacceptable risk management concern; or the player is found to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that the player is not entitled to the funds due to breaches of these Terms, the balance will be forfeited. Where no breach is established, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your 3999v account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules, any active bonuses will be forfeited, and your verified real-money balance will be paid out to your registered payment method following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Closures

Where a player requests account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — the closure will take effect immediately upon request. No cooling-off period or delay is applied to responsible gaming closures. During the self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened and no promotional communications will be sent. 8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account for any reason, your right to access the 3999v platform ceases immediately. Historical transaction records associated with your account will be retained by 3999v in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention regulations. Closure of one account does not entitle you to open a new account during any active self-exclusion period.
